1. Services

WebDesignersHub provides IT services including but not limited to Web Design, Software Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for any project will be defined in a separate proposal or contract.

2. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on this website (text, logos, graphics, code) is the property of WebDesignersHub and protected by copyright laws.

Client Deliverables: Upon full payment of fees, intellectual property rights for the custom code and designs created specifically for the Client will be transferred to the Client, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment Terms: Standard payment terms involve an advance deposit before project commencement, with remaining balances due upon milestones or completion, as agreed in the contract.
• Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Specific refund policies will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Taxes: All fees are exclusive of GST, which will be charged as applicable under Indian law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebDesignersHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. User Obligations

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. When providing content for your project, you represent that you own all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
